Cincinnati Summer Fun
Start your Cincinnati summer off with the 12th Annual Ohio River Paddlefest. This weekend-long event begins Thursday, June 20 with a kids' expo. Friday is the music and outdoor festival. Saturday is the big race. Paddle 11 miles from Coney Island to Yeatman's Cove downtown. This is a great opportunity for families to spend some quality time together.
Dayton, OH Events
Father's Day is less than two weeks away. If you have not made plans to spend the day with your father or spouse, take him to the Father's Day Buffet at the Dayton Woman's Club. Treat Dad to a special meal including fresh carved meats, omelets, salads and much more. The Woman's Club is located at 225 N. Ludlow Street near City Hall. Make the longest day of the year last even longer with an Evening of Astronomy at the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery near Triangle Park. The event is free and begins at 7pm. Learn about how stars, including the earth's star the sun, change over the course of time. The program begins with a presentation followed by LIVE night sky observing at the Apollo Observatory.
